To register by mail:

1. Please call or email the studio to find out the price for the current two month session.
2. Print this page. Circle the desired class, sign below, and return this form to Yoga St. Louis, 3305 Jamieson Ave., St. louis 63139, with your full name, address and telephone numbers for home, work and cell.
3. Your total tuition, payable by check to Yoga St. Louis, is due no less that two weeks prior to the beginning of the session.
4. Upon receipt you will be emailed a confirmation. If you would like a mail confirmation, please include a stamped self addressed envelope.

To register by email or for more email information:

2. When you receive the flyer, reply with your desired class selection, including your full name, address, and telephone numbers for home, work and cell.
3. Upon receipt you will be emailed a confirmation.
4. Your total tuition, payable by check to Yoga St. Louis, is due no less than one week prior to the beginning of the session.
